Azienda Agricola Toscana
This valuable wine is made with Sangiovese ,Merlot and Cabernet grapes grown in the vineyards of the azienda Valle del Sole. The Grapes have been selected, fermented separately and macerated in wooden-vats,and finally aged in small French oak barrels for about 18 mounths, and in the bottles for 12 months. This is a wine of vibrant colour and with an elegant structure. Suitable to accompany red meats and game.
This wine is made with Sangiovese grapes and a small quantity of Merlot grapes grown in the vineyards of Azienda Valle del Sole; it is a wine with an elegant structure. It has been aged in oak barrels for about 12 months and then in bottles for several months. lt is ruby- coloured with an intense and long lasting bouquet; its taste is fruity, smooth and well balanced.
The name of this wine recalls Lucca's folk customs. "Linchettoā€¯ wine is made with Sangiovese, Moscato, Aleatico and Colorino grapes that have always been grown in the vineyards of our hills. The grapes have been vinified in chestnut- vats for a shot period. After ageing in barrels for 5 months it is finally bottled. This is a fresh and bright wine with a classic bouquet; it should be drunk young to appreciate its qualities.
'Malie"is a wine made with Vermentino, Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes, produced with modern wine - making techniques to avoid loss of flavour. This white wine has a pale colour with hints of green, a refined and classic bouquet. It has an aromatic taste and goes well with hors d'oeuvre and fish.
First crushing extra virgin olive oil:
This is a warm golden-coloured oil, with an exquisite fragrance which can be appreciated in its natural taste. The olives are picked by hand and pressed within 24 hours; this guarantees the genuineness of the product. The thickness and dark colour of the glass bottles maintain the characteristics of the Oil.
